Meurer & Potter, P.C. is a boutique estate planning, probate and elder law firm in Greenwood Village, serving families across the Denver metro area and Colorado’s Front Range since 1991. Four attorneys lead the practice. Michael T. Meurer founded the firm in 1991 and has worked with thousands of Colorado families on estate planning, asset protection, elder law, probate and business law. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and teaches legacy planning classes across the state. Gary T. Potter brings more than 50 years of experience and has advised more than 5,000 clients on estate planning, business, real estate, probate and trust administration, with earlier service as a Colorado Deputy Attorney General and as vice president of a Denver bank trust department. Matthew P. Zanotelli, a Harvard graduate who joined the firm in 2011, handles estate planning, Medicaid planning, elder law, probate and trust and estate litigation. Nicole G. Andrzejewski earned her law degree from the University of Denver with a concentration in estate planning and probate, and her practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration.
