While born and raised in Northwest Ohio, Lauren’s lived in Colorado for the past 5 years. She attended Kent State University and received a degree in journalism and recreation management. Her career has involved a variety of fields including outdoor adventure guiding, administrative and human resources work.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time in the mountains climbing, skiing and hiking with her husband and friends as well as writing and reading
